I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the hotel facilities. The staff were attentive and courteous, always quick to respond to any requirements or issues. The breakfast was delicious, and I was impressed with the wide variety of options available. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops and restaurants, making it safe even for two women to venture out at night. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Nothing, all great.

The hotel has a great location close to key tourist attractions and offers stunning views of the city. the swimming pool and fitness center are also noteworthy amenities that guests will surely appreciate. the staff was friendly and accommodating in certain situations.
The hotel did not live up to our expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. Our room had issues with the air conditioning system and there were stains on the furniture and bed linens.

Hotel kitchen - food prepared was ok but not prepared as per European hygienic standards as I would expect in five star hotel. We were food poisoned at this hotel as per the doctor diagnose.

Possibly the best hotel in Agra. Fantastic luxury. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. The Mughal Garden is brilliant and well maintained. The cultural show at the end of the day is very relaxing and refreshing.

We reached the hotel at 2 in the morning after a really long drive from shimla. the staff were very kind to provide us a room at the same rate that we booked the hotel (we got an excellent last-minute deal) for the night. plus, we also got a free upgrade, which was really nice.
there was some problem with the lighting on the first night, it came on by itself twice during the night. Plus no hot water on the first night!

The hotel is located in a palace next to the city, making it convenient to visit popular tourist sites like the Taj Mahal or Agra fort. Guests have mentioned that it is good to eat in the restaurant, and the location is also safe, as two women were happy to walk out on the street at night looking for a shop.
There have been complaints about the unhelpful and rude staff.

beautiful site. comfortable room.
Pool was not working. Was looking forward to a swim. Gave me a basement room when it looked like there were plenty of 1st and 2nd floor rooms with views available. I should have spoken up but was too tired after the 4+ intense car trip from New Delhi.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the private facilities were exclusive and fulfilled my needs. the bar/lounge area had a great ambiance and offered a wide selection of drinks. the swimming pool was one of the best I have seen in a hotel. the location was also a great advantage as it was conveniently located near the major tourist attractions.
the restaurant didn't have enough variety with regards to food options.

The hotel is huge and the garden is a copy of the gardens at the taj mahal build in moghul style.
The hotel is still under construction with a not working pool and no hot showers. The management of the hotel is very inflexible and unfriendly. The location of the hotel is far from the taj mahal and located at a more industrial area. Our room was O.K. but for the price range unexceptable. Hotel grand wyndham has a lot of work to do to get things better.

Free internet.
1) There were a lot of mosquitos during the breakfast - There was a person just to kill these mosquitos! 2) I spent 2 nights there and I had to take cold baths, because the hotel didn´t have hot water! 3) The reception told me that next day I´d have hot water to my bath, but it didn´t happen and they were not worried about it. 4) If it is raining, you had to take this rain to go to your room. The outside area do reach your room from the reception is not covered. 5) There are a lot of frogs in the internal garden, so during the night you have to be carefull to avoid hurting them. 6) The sauna was not working, because tho door didn´t close. 7) The restaurant was most expensive during all my trip in India. 8) Tha swiming pool was dirty with leaves and the water was translucent.
